The Capital Development Authority (CDA) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director (Civil) to lead and manage major infrastructure development projects in Islamabad.
As the Project Director (Civil), you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
Job Responsibilities
1. Project Planning and Management:
• Craft project blueprints encompassing the scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Define project requirements, resource allocation, and budget estimation.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
• Continuously track project advancement, identify potential hazards, and execute proactive measures to mitigate risks.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
2. Team Leadership and Coordination:
• Provide leadership and direction to the project team, including engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Assign tasks, set performance expectations, and monitor individual and team performance.
