1. Head of Culture and Change Management

As the Head of Culture and Change Management at Bank of Punjab, you will play a crucial role in driving organizational culture, fostering change initiatives, and ensuring successful implementation of strategic objectives. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that promote a positive work culture, enhance employee engagement, and facilitate a smooth transition during periods of change.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive culture and change management strategy aligned with the organization's goals and values.

Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.

Identify and analyze organizational change needs and develop effective change management plans.

Collaborate with senior leaders and department heads to facilitate change initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Provide guidance and support to managers and employees in adapting to change and overcoming resistance.

Create and execute communication plans to effectively communicate change initiatives, ensuring transparency and employee understanding.

You will play a vital role in shaping the organization's reputation as an employer of choice, attracting top talent, and maintaining positive employee relations.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the organization's HR communication and employer branding strategy.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR teams, senior management, and marketing, to create compelling messaging and communication materials.

9 years experience with 3 years relevant field experience.
