finance portfolio while nurturing and managing external relationships with
diverse banks and financial institutions.
2. Collaborating with banks, meticulously reviewing term
sheets, financing agreements, and documentation related to bilateral,
multilateral, and syndicate structures.
3. Pioneering the introduction of innovative structures
within the capital and money market segments, ensuring long-term funding
stability for the bank.
4. Efficiently overseeing operational affairs related to the
corporate borrowing book, encompassing Long-Term Financing, Short-Term
Financing, and Leasing requirements.
5. Diligently completing all necessary documentation
mandated by lenders and investing banks on a monthly, quarterly, and annual
basis for their perusal.
6. Vigilantly monitoring various financial ratios and
projections to ensure strict adherence to loan covenants, including
non-financial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) specified in loan agreements.
7. Collaborating with Internal and External Auditors,
providing comprehensive support for quarterly and annual audit assignments
pertaining to banking matters.
8. Coordinating internally with relevant departments to
facilitate the execution of financing facilities, including charge
registration, SECP matters, and legal reviews of facility documents for
seamless funding execution.
9. Undertaking ad hoc analysis pertaining to financial
statements, budgets, and projections as required.
